About Us
Theresa Mogavero, PhD is an Organizational Psychologist who has provided services and solutions across diverse industries in support of leadership skills development, team dynamics, navigating change, managing conflict, culture transformations, and alignment of behavioral performance with strategic business objectives for more than 35 years. Theresa consults with clients through coaching and customized interventions by leveraging a variety of methodologies, assessment tools, instruments, and other approaches.
Additionally, Theresa has held several leadership roles with responsibilities for managing direct reports, generating revenue, vision creation, strategic decision making, productivity and process improvement, delivering presentations, ensuring service excellence, data analysis, report writing, collaboration across departments, rapid product development, building high-performing teams, delivering service excellence, management of a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives, and much more. This professional experience in partnership with her coaching, consulting, and academic achievements contribute toward her effectiveness as a coach.
Whether it is in a leadership role or as a coach, Theresa is consistently recognized for her ability to quickly earn credibility, trust, and inclusion across diverse work environments, cultures, and people.
